H1. Would you be able to send me an example bit of work or task list that
you would except to be completed in the 10 hours, this is just so i can
assure myself that i can definately complete your tasks in the given time.

I’ll subscribe you to a few of the Google Groups and set you up in the ancient Drupal case tracking system. We use the case tracking to assign specif projects and large areas of concern plus show the relative importance to projects tasks.. See the screenshot of the interface.

This ability to modulate priority is important becasue this stuff is dynamic. You know communication with these clients is very hard. I don’t know half the time what they are saying so I’m left guessing what they mean or interpreting their meaning. Often I have to change my interpretation based on feedback.
